Construction Landscape Crew Leader

Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape and construction crew members, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow Oversee landscape construction activities including, Excavate manually with a shovel, Handle & install trees & shrubs, Handle fertilizers & soil enrichment materials, Move & spread soil and aggregates, Install seed & sod, Hand tool use, including wheelbarrow, Load & unload materials, Coordinate construction projects involving site preparation, planting beds, hardscaping, and irrigation system installation, Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment, Conduct quality inspections of completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction and project standards are met, Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping & construction Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or site prep Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and client interaction Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while leading a passionate team committed to excellence!
