19-21/HR Job Description We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious construction helpers to support operations at an active construction site. These roles are crucial for maintaining safe traffic flow and assisting with general labor tasks around the site. Candidates must be punctual, able to work outdoors in varying conditions, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Direct and control traffic around active work zones using flags and signage. Communicate clearly with equipment operators and crew members to ensure safety. Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and basic labor tasks as needed. Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers. Monitor surroundings and report any safety concerns or hazards. Follow all site safety protocols and instructions from supervisors. Essential Skills General labor experience. Construction experience. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to work in outdoor conditions. Safety awareness. Traffic control skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a construction laborer preferred. OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not required. Why Work Here?
