We would love to have you join our team! Transforming Speech is a pediatric home health company in the SC upstate. We provide speech therapy services for children in their natural environments, including the home, daycares, and telehealth. If you want flexibility in your job, this position is for you!

• Choose the area of town that works best for you We work closely with a team of highly skilled Early Interventionists, OT's, and PT's in the Babynet system.

You will enjoy the benefits of having independence in your work, while having the support of others. Due to our small size, the owner and the team can provide you with continual support and guidance for the kids on your caseload. Our owner has over 20 years of experience with the pediatric population- spanning acute care, outpatient rehab, feeding therapy, autism, cleft palate, complex genetic disorders, articulation disorders, and language disorders. Members of our team specialize in AAC, Cleft Palate, dysphagia, hearing impairments, autism, GLP and more.

Job duties will include:

evaluating patients, providing speech therapy as recommended, assessing and updating goals on a quarterly basis, communicating with Early Interventionists and other therapists on each child's team, educating families on how to carryover skills at home, and communicating with doctors when necessary. All documentation is done through electronic medical records.
