What You'll Do Work with a crew installing underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and other utility systems. Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred) . Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment. Operate construction equipment after training, when qualified. Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship. Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a team. Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. Construction, underground utility, directional drilling, excavation, or heavy equipment experience. Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment. Mechanical aptitude.
