If you have a CDL, that's a big plus, but if you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll invest in you. No experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply. Applicants with a CDL will receive priority consideration. What You'll Do Work with a crew installing underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and other utility systems. Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred) . Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment. Operate construction equipment after training, when qualified. Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship. Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a team. Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. Works well as part of a team. Prioritizes safety. Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Preferred Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Construction, underground utility, directional drilling, excavation, or heavy equipment experience. Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment. Mechanical aptitude.
