About the Role We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the residential construction and remodeling industry. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of residential projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, basement finishing, and more. As a growing company with a small, close-knit team, we offer hands-on training and the potential for advancement into leadership roles such as crew lead or project supervisor for the right person. Key Responsibilities Assist lead carpenter and crew members with all phases of residential remodeling projects Perform demolition work safely and efficiently Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Prepare job sites for construction work Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects Learn proper use of hand and power tools Follow safety protocols and company standards on all job sites Provide excellent customer service while working in clients' homes Support the team in completing projects on time and to our high-quality standards Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to work well as part of a team Good communication skills and professional demeanor Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions Some hands-on construction experience preferred but not required Basic hand tools a plus Punctuality and consistent attendance Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various positions throughout the day Capability to work in different weather conditions and temperatures What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time hours with consistent work Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals Opportunity to learn all aspects of residential remodeling Positive, team-focused culture where your attitude, work ethic, and contributions matter Potential for advancement and increased responsibility as the company grows Diverse project experience to build your skills How to Apply Please submit your resume or work history.
