Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and site safety measures Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Install rebar and perform concrete forming and pouring to create sturdy foundations and structures Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise execution of construction plans Execute tasks related to renovation, restoration, and general construction work across commercial or residential sites Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required Perform framing, carpentry, and concrete work Install metal building structures Follow job site safety procedures Work independently and with a crew Maintain quality workmanship on all projects Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for diverse construction activities Valid commercial driver's license or experience with commercial driving is a plus. Minimum 5 years of construction experience Skilled in rough framing Finish carpentry experience Concrete forming knowledge Concrete finishing experience Experience installing metal building structures Experience in residential and commercial construction Reliable transportation and strong work ethic preferred Competitive pay based on experience. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
