Support the daily operations of the school so classrooms, schedules, and staffing flow smoothly Train, coach, and support educators Help lead staff training and onboarding Support family tours, enrollment conversations, and parent communication Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback Ensure licensing, safety, and school standards are always met Qualifications of a Director Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field (Preferred) Master's Degree and Director credential a plus Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility (2+YEARS) Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly professional and dependable Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations Benefits for our
