Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a water truck to control dust, maintain moisture content, and support grading operations. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment. Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly. Assist with grading, excavation, utility installation, erosion control, and other sitework activities. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment as needed. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites. Follow project plans, specifications, and directions from supervisors. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Adhere to all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and OSHA requirements. Assist other crew members with construction tasks as workload demands. Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with acceptable driving record. Previous experience operating water trucks or other construction equipment preferred. Experience in heavy grading, sitework, road construction, or related construction activities preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, when required.
