We're looking for a Construction Crew Superintendent - CIPP in Knoxville, TN to oversee sewer rehabilitation projects using innovative methods like pipe bursting, UV CIPP lining, and other underground utility techniques. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to meet project goals. Oversee the installation of sewer pipes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Manage project schedules, resources, and materials to keep timelines on track. Communicate with internal teams, inspectors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain detailed project records, including daily reports, time sheets, and equipment logs. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and support our culture of safety on-site.

What We Need Must-Have:

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Experience :

3-5 years as a Foreman or Superintendent and 5-10 years in sewer and water pipe installation or heavy construction.

Technical Expertise :

Knowledge of pipe bursting, CIPP lining, service installations, and equipment setup for line and grade, and the ability to operate machinery.

Skills :

Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel), excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Physical Ability :

Lift up to 40 lbs and operate heavy equipment with or without reasonable accommodations.

Travel Readiness :

Willing to travel 90% of the time during weekdays with weekends typically at home. Includes per diem and company-provided lodging.

Nice-to-Have:

Class A or B CDL license or can obtain one. Strong electrical background and knowledge of traffic plans. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures.
