GUTTER INSTALL CREW / INSTALLER

SilverOak Exteriors is expanding and actively hiring motivated gutter installers and laborers to fill new production trucks. This is a team-based production position with strong earning potential and consistent work flow. NO truck, trailer, or expensive equipment needed.

Work trucks Trailers Tools & equipment Materials Training Scheduling & work flow CRM/job management systems

ABOUT THE POSITION

Crews will operate as team-based production units completing: Seamless gutter installations Downspouts Gutter protection systems Exterior drainage solutions Most trucks operate with: 2-man crews Occasionally 3-man crews This is NOT hourly slow-paced work. This is performance-based production work where efficient crews can make strong weekly income.

COMPENSATION

Production-based pay Crews receive a percentage of completed jobs Average jobs range from $1,000-$2,000+ Consistent work available Crews are responsible for: Fuel usage Daily truck care Team coordination Productivity
