The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and performing labor tasks on construction sites as needed. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and graders to assist in construction tasks. Perform site preparation, including paving and grading activities. Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on-site. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with manual labor tasks as required, including building structures and site cleanup. Requirements Proven experience in operating heavy machinery. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards. Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
