As a Construction Crew Lead you will be responsible for overseeing residential construction jobs and managing an install crew onsite to ensure the project is completed according to plan while maintaining a safe work environment. This is a full time, year round position. We offer a competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Following design and build plans for each job Planting landscape, building hardscape, installing other outdoor features Operating power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment Driving the company truck to and from jobs Report to management on job and team performance Ensure the job is completed in a timely manner and high quality of work Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required) Outdoor construction experience (Preferred) Previous leadership experience (Preferred) Ability to drive a truck and trailer Ability to work in various weather conditions Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Familiarity with operating power tools Good communication skills Ability to follow directions reliably We strive to create an enjoyable work environment and personal relationship with our customers.
