Experienced Laborer - Composite Decking Installation Performance Log Finishers is looking for an experienced Laborer with hands-on
EXPERIENCE
installing composite decking to join our team. What We're Looking For We want someone who knows how to install composite decking , shows up ready to work, safety-conscious, takes pride in quality workmanship and can take direction while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Experience with the brand, TimberTech, or similar composite decking systems is a plus. Responsibilities- Assist with and perform composite decking installations
- Measure, cut, and install composite decking materials accurately
- Assist with framing, joists, and other deck components
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow project plans, measurements, and installation specifications
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Perform other general labor and construction duties as needed ★ Bring your own hand tools, ie. Hammer, tape measure, square tool, pencils, etc. Qualifications
- Previous composite decking installation experience required
- General construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Ability to lift materials and stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
