We renovate kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in a clean jobsite, works hard, and is willing to learn.

This job position is for a general laborer - if you have any specific remodeling skills, please notate them directly. Pay is based upon skill and experience with more work available to tradesmen with specific skills. Responsibilities Load, unload, organize, and protect jobsite materials Assist with demolition and removal of residential building materials Haul debris, load dumpsters, and keep work areas clean throughout the day Set up floor protection, dust barriers, and jobsite containment Perform daily cleanup and assist with final construction cleaning Assist skilled crew members with material staging, measuring, basic tear-out, and jobsite prep Help install approved insulation under supervision Assist with painting prep, including masking, sanding, caulking, priming, and cleanup Move tools, equipment, cabinets, drywall, lumber, tile, and other construction materials safely Follow company safety standards and maintain a professional attitude in clients' homes Qualifications Construction or remodeling experience is helpful but not required Must be dependable, punctual, coachable, and willing to work Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Must have reliable transportation to job sites in the Chattanooga area Must be comfortable working in occupied homes and maintaining a clean, respectful jobsite Must be able to follow direction and work well as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Steady residential remodeling work Opportunity to learn skilled trades and advance within the company Professional, team-oriented work environment Competitive pay based on experience and reliability Work on high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovation projects
