Job Summary JSE Industries is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support operations at an active job site in Abernathy, TX. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting the overall progress of the project. Work Schedule 7 days a week 6:30 AM•7:00 PM Must be available to work extended hours, including weekends Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks such as loading/unloading materials and site cleanup Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physically able to perform demanding labor in various weather conditions Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 First Aid/CPR Work Environment Outdoor construction site Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment Additional Information Safety gear/PPE must be worn at all times Pre-employment screening may be required
