Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with the installation and construction of a variety of outdoor projects, including fencing, decks, porches, pergolas, and arbors.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, can follow instructions, works well with a team, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities
Assist with building and installing fences and gates.
Assist with construction of decks and porches.
Help build and install pergolas and arbors.
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites.
Measure, cut, assemble, and position materials as directed.
Dig post holes and assist with setting posts.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform other general construction and labor duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous construction, fencing, carpentry, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, digging, and climbing.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
