Overview We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting construction projects through physical labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of various building activities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Support skilled tradespeople like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment on-site Help with demolition or removal of debris as required for project progression Qualifications Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction work is preferred Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments Must have reliable transportation This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in construction or related fields.
