Job Description

Pransi General Contractor is seeking skilled, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team for multifamily exterior renovation and repair projects throughout Texas. We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and safety.
Open Positions:
Rotten Wood Repair & Replacement Fascia & Soffit Repair Patio Repairs & Rebuilds Stair & Landing Repairs Welding & Metal Fabrication Handrail Installation & Repair Exterior Carpentry Exterior Painting & Touch-Ups General Exterior Maintenance Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of construction or exterior repair experience preferred Experience with apartment complexes or multifamily properties is highly preferred Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials when needed Must maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Own tools preferred Reliable transportation required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
