Railcar Loader / General Labor

Experienced Railcar Loader / General Labor Baytown, TX $17/hr + DOE Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime & weekend work may be available We are seeking experienced and dependable individuals for a full-time industrial opportunity in Baytown, TX. Candidates must be comfortable working in outdoor environments around heavy equipment and industrial materials.

Job Duties:

Load and secure materials onto railcars Use straps, chains, buckles, and load securement equipment Assist with material staging and shipment preparation Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work alongside forklift and equipment operators Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

✔ Previous industrial, construction, heavy labor, or railcar loading experience

REQUIRED

✔ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred ✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions ✔ Comfortable working at heights when required ✔ Must be reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
