$15.00+/Hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Bowie, Texas Start a Career in Construction & Modular Building B2 Medical is looking for hardworking and dependable General Construction Technicians / Laborers to join our modular construction team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn valuable trade skills while building modular medical facilities that are shipped and installed throughout the United States. Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. What You'll Do Assist in the construction and assembly of modular medical facilities Install walls, flooring, insulation, doors, trim, and interior finishes Support electrical and plumbing rough-in work Load, unload, and organize materials throughout the shop Operate hand tools and power tools safely Work alongside welders, fabricators, and skilled trades personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow instructions, quality standards, and project schedules Assist with deployment and installation of completed modular units when required What We're Looking For Construction, manufacturing, shop, or trade experience preferred Strong work ethic and desire to learn Dependable attendance and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain active throughout the workday Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Forklift, equipment operation, or trade certifications are a plus Class A CDL holders eligible for additional compensation Benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for career growth and advancement Full-time, year-round employment Develop skills in multiple construction trades Competitive pay based on experience
