CONSTRUCTION / ROUSTABOUT HAND

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Construction / Roustabout Hand and be a vital part of oil and gas exploration and production operations. In this energetic role, you will assist with the setup, maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment on construction sites. Your hands-on skills will help ensure safe, efficient pipeline installations, rigging, and site development. Duties Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of oil field equipment and construction infrastructure. Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks following OSHA safety standards. Support pipeline installation projects by handling materials, performing rigging tasks, and ensuring proper alignment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support transportation activities including commercial driving duties for moving equipment or supplies around the site. Experience Previous construction site experience working in the oil & gas industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks. Mechanical knowledge related to pipeline systems, rigging procedures, and general construction practices. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to oilfield operations and construction sites. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or tanker endorsement is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical endurance for demanding tasks. Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
