The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and restoration work. Duties Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required for specific tasks Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on-site Requirements Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, carpentry, caulking, construction painting plus other general construction is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to learning new skills on the job Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow detailed instructions for complex tasks valid driver's license and transportation
