Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dependable General Construction Employee with significant hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction. This role requires a strong work ethic, versatility, and the ability to work efficiently on a variety of projects — from site prep and framing to concrete, finish work, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete, framing, demolition, and finish work. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance of job sites. Work closely with supervisors, crew leads, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Maintain a professional attitude and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in general construction. Proven skills in multiple trades (concrete, carpentry, framing, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. CDL, equipment operation, or welding experience a plus.
