Full Job Description Job Overview:
The General Labourer assists with various manual tasks across different work sites to support operations. This role involves physical work, following instructions, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials. Assist skilled workers and tradespeople as needed. Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment. Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times. Help with site preparation and setup. Remove debris and manage waste disposal. Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
No formal education required; a high school diploma is an advantage. Previous experience in manual labor or construction is helpful but not mandatory. Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
