Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Field Worker, where your energy and dedication will help bring large-scale projects to life! In this role, you will be actively involved in on-site construction activities, ensuring that each phase of the project is executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to building infrastructure that makes a difference. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in remodel construction while working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Field Work (Full-Time) Job Preparation
- Install plastic & Zip wall to protect furniture. Paper and cardboard protect floors. Move furniture & appliances. Demolition
- Remove all types of flooring, residential bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Jack out concrete for showers. Commercial demolition of floors, walls & ceilings. Trash
- Properly load dump trailer and take to dump. Carpentry
- Frame walls, pony walls, etc.
Install trim:
shoe mold, base, crown, window and door trim. Install windows, doors, exterior siding Hardware- Install mirrors, towel bars, toilet paper holders and grab bars with anchors. Install cabinet knobs & pulls Flooring
- Replace broken tiles. Install transitions & cove base Cleaning
- wipe down floors, cabinets, counter tops, etc. Shop vac after demolition work. punch items, etc. Load tools & pick up job materials and deliver to job site. Safety
- working on ladders, operate power tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) Tools, materials and fasteners identification for demolition, hardware, carpentry, flooring, cleaning, etc.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License and a good driving record Reliable transportation Lift up to 50 lbs. Pass background checkBenefits:
$15/hr- $22/hr paid weekly.
