Key Duties and Responsibilities Debris Removal:
Clearing construction waste, leftover materials, and staging items from the site
Surface Cleaning:
Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, walls, windows, and baseboards
Equipment and Tool Removal:
Taking down and removing ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures
Specialized Cleaning:
Using appropriate tools and products to clean hard-to-reach areas, remove stains, and eliminate heavy dust
Inspection:
Checking the site regularly to identify and address cleaning needs
Waste Disposal:
Properly disposing of trash and hazardous materials in compliance with local regulations
Final Polish:
Restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and performing a final cleanup before handover
Safety Compliance:
Following all safety protocols, using PPE, and reporting hazards.
