We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in heavy road construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure the successful completion of road construction projects, including site preparation, maintenance, and cleanup. Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite. Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, drills, and compactors under supervision. Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Provide support to skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and machine operators as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the construction site by removing waste materials and ensuring proper disposal. Position Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Skills:
Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in construction environments.
