Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely. Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of construction principles and practices is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
