Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing a wide range of skills and tools. As a Construction Laborer, you will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction sites while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, and forklifts safely and efficiently Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials, equipment, and supplies around the site Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) for concrete structures following schematics and blueprints Execute concrete forming, finishing, pouring, and curing processes to ensure quality results Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing installations Carry out masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration projects Read blueprints and schematics accurately to assist with layout and installation tasks Apply plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and basic construction principles Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and specialized equipment such as concrete pumps or welding gear Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques including pouring, troweling, and curing processes Familiarity with various construction trades including masonry, carpentry (frame and trim), roofing, stucco application, flooring installation (tile or other materials), and restoration work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining good physical condition Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus for operating heavy equipment or transporting materials Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively on-site Join us in building exceptional structures while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
