Responsibilities include assisting with site preparation, loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks may involve demolition, excavation, mixing and pouring concrete, erecting scaffolding, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed. Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills are essential. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and follow safety protocols is a must. Starting pay is $10 per hour, may increase to $100 per depending upon experience and work ethic!
