Position Summary Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking Laborers to support the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Laborers perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled craft workers as needed. This role provides hands-on experience in heavy civil construction while contributing to critical community infrastructure and maintaining a strong focus on safety. What You'll Do Perform tasks involving physical labor on active construction projects
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with jobsite setup and control measures
Operate basic hand and power tools as required
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards
Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other labor-related duties as instructed by the supervisor What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of laborer experience in water and wastewater infrastructure or a related construction industry
General construction labor skills
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Experience operating additional equipment or instruments is a plus
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including prolonged standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to take direction from supervisors and remain task-oriented
