In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing construction tasks efficiently and safely. Your hands-on contribution will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring quality and safety at every stage. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to designated areas on-site Support welders with their tasks as directed Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the work area organized and hazard-free Perform routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus but training will be provided Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are key qualities for success in this role Embark on a career path that builds more than structures — it builds skills, teamwork, and confidence.
