Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of building projects from the ground up! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of tasks that keep construction sites running smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to creating durable, safe, and high-quality structures. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, work safely, and grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive construction experience while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and ensure proper execution of formwork, rebar installation, and metal stud framing Perform concrete work including formwork construction, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping to create durable surfaces Install various building components such as flooring, stucco, plastering, caulking, and other finishes according to project plans Support with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone Experience Previous experience working on construction projects or in a related laborer role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation of technical specifications is advantageous Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and the use of power tools enhances your fit for this role Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desirable Understanding of construction site safety regulations ensures compliance and promotes a safe working environment This role is perfect for individuals passionate about construction who want to develop their skills across multiple trades while contributing to meaningful building projects. Pay:
$25.15 - $30.29 per hour
