If you're hardworking, dependable, and interested in learning a trade in the solar industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Starting Pay:
$20/hour A Typical Day Working outdoors with a construction crew Assisting with site preparation and material handling Learning how solar projects are built Using basic tools and equipment Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to and from the project site Willingness to learn and grow with the company Commitment to safety and teamwork Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday Work safely in various weather conditions No solar experience required.
