Job Description

Position Overview We also require an application to be filled out in person at our office anytime between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. We are seeking hardworking, reliable General Laborers to join our team. This role combines moving, delivery, and hands-on labor supporting residential, commercial, and advanced industrial projects—including work in 3D construction printing. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Key Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, equipment, and materials Wrap, pad, and protect items to prevent damage during transport Assist with packing and unpacking as needed Support the movement, staging, and setup of commercial and industrial equipment Assist in 3D construction printing operations, including site preparation and material handling Mix, stage, and manage materials used in 3D concrete printing processes Help set up, break down, and maintain 3D printing equipment and job sites Monitor material flow and assist operators to ensure consistent and accurate printing Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and job site organization Follow detailed instructions on specialized projects involving high-value or precision equipment Work alongside operators, engineers, and supervisors on innovative construction projects Follow all safety protocols when working around machinery, printing equipment, and active job sites Operate tools and equipment such as dollies, straps, ramps, and basic construction tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, equipment, and job sites Provide professional, respectful customer service when interacting with clients Qualifications Previous labor, construction, moving, or warehouse experience preferred (not required) Experience in construction or concrete work is a plus Ability to lift 50-100 lbs consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts Team-oriented with good communication skills Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving job tasks Requirements Valid driver's license is a plus Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to work on active construction sites and around heavy equipment Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
