This position supports the crew in daily field operations and plays a key role in keeping projects safe. Assist with digging, trenching, and backfilling Help install gas lines and related materials Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from the Foreman and Operator Assist with job site setup and cleanup Support basic equipment operation when needed Follow all safety procedures and company standards Hiring requirements Driver License Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labor Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and punctuality (VERY
