Job Description
Join Our Team! We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers/Installers to join our growing team. Our installers are active members of our construction crews and play a vital role in the successful, safe, and high-quality installation of GNB structures at project sites across the United States. Whether you have experience or are looking to build a career in construction, we provide on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Install GNB structures at commercial project sites throughout the U.S. Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew. Follow project plans, supervisor instructions, and all safety protocols. Operate hand and power tools as required. Assist with loading, unloading, assembling, and dismantling structural components. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Travel to project locations and work extended hours, including overtime, when necessary. Qualifications Experience in commercial construction is preferred, especially with steel or tent structures. Comfortable working at heights. Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to report to work when required. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and additional drug screenings required for access to customer job sites. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Willingness to work overtime as project demands require. Schedule 3 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week off Travel required for projects throughout the United States.
