As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for assembling, installing, operating, moving, maintaining and managing solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This is a physically demanding role that will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Construction Craft Journeyworker Job Responsibilities:
Measuring, cutting, assembling and bolting structural framing and solar modules
Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding or integrity of terminations
Equipment operation for materials offloading, materials staging, trenching, dust control, haul off, excavating, pile driving, rolling and motor grading
Organizing and maintaining system components
Maintaining documentation of completed installations
Applying weather sealing to array, building or support mechanisms
Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions and with various crews
Job site cleanup and organization
Ensuring safety comes first - always!
Job Requirements:
Electricians:
TX State Journeyman or Master License is a requirement.
