This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial developments to residential renovations. You'll bring your hands-on skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and equipment operation Perform heavy lifting tasks and support the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and other building components Operate power tools and hand tools safely to carry out tasks such as cutting, shaping, and fastening materials Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accuracy in execution Execute concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping activities with precision Install masonry elements like brickwork or stucco; support roofing, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks Support heavy equipment operation for tasks like excavation or material transport; assist in metal stud framing and steel reinforcement work Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on renovation projects or restoration efforts to meet project deadlines Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in construction techniques Proficiency in construction estimating processes for cost-effective project planning Expertise in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, and stucco application Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of flooring installation, tile laying, roofing techniques, and drywall finishing Experience with heavy lifting and commercial driving for material transport; familiarity with concrete mixers and pumps Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites; ability to operate heavy equipment responsibly Capable of performing metal stud framing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), plastering, caulking, restoration work and welding as needed Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in renovation projects Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make an impact!
