Team members may work on the Pile Installation, Racking Installation, or Solar Panel (Module) Installation crews. This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction role that requires working with hand and power tools, lifting materials, and walking long distances across the job site. Key Responsibilities Assist with unloading and moving construction materials around the site. Help install steel piles, racking systems, and solar panels. Use hand tools, power drills, tape measures, and other basic construction equipment. Follow blueprints and directions from supervisors. Measure, align, and secure materials according to project requirements. Perform quality checks to ensure installations are completed correctly. Support general construction tasks, including site cleanup, material staging, and maintenance. Work safely around heavy equipment and follow all job site safety requirements. Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team. Requirements At least 1 year of construction or outdoor labor experience. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to walk long distances and work on uneven terrain. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical labor for extended periods. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience Solar construction experience.
