• •Job Overview•We are hiring General Laborers to help build a large-scale solar farm.

Team members may work on the

• Pile Installation, Racking Installation, or Solar Panel (Module)
• Installation
• crews. This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction role that requires working with hand and power tools, lifting materials, and walking long distances across the job site.
• Key•Responsibilities•+ Assist with unloading and moving construction materials around the site.

+ Help install steel piles, racking systems, and solar panels.

+ Use hand tools, power drills, tape measures, and other basic construction equipment.

+ Follow blueprints and directions from supervisors.

+ Measure, align, and secure materials according to project requirements.

+ Perform quality checks to ensure installations are completed correctly.

+ Support general construction tasks, including site cleanup, material staging, and maintenance.

+ Work safely around heavy equipment and follow all job site safety requirements.

+ Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team.

• Requirements
• + At least 1 year of construction or outdoor labor experience.

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

+ Ability to walk long distances and work on uneven terrain.

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical labor for extended periods.

+ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

• Experience
• + Solar construction experience. + Racking or solar panel installation experience. + Electrical construction or cable pulling experience. + Utility-scale renewable energy project experience.
