Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you'll work on diverse projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your hands-on involvement will help build structures that stand the test of time, all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities Help with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and formwork installation to create durable foundations and structures Support rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry work, and other structural tasks as directed by supervisors Carry out demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks including plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry Perform heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely progress on projects while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with project execution Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating certain equipment is a plus Join us in building something great! $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
