Job Description

Job Duties Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects and demolition sites May operate hand and power tools of all types in conjunction with proper training May clean and prepare sites Will assist other craft workers Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials (certified/training) Load/unload trucks; haul and hoist materials Clean construction site to eliminate possible hazards Pick up tools, equipment, and materials, and assist with securing the job site each day Perform daily tasks in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with company policies. Other duties, as assigned Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employee will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent desired Favorable driver's record/valid license Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol testing.
