Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic land management team as a Laborer and be a vital part of bringing projects to life! This energetic role offers hands-on experience working on diverse sites, from residential projects to commercial developments. As a Laborer, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout every phase of the project. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills and grow. Duties Must pass a drug test! Random drug test Assist with the preparation and setup of sites, including unloading materials and organizing work areas, greasing machines, fueling equipment, cleaning equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, mowers, chainsaws, weed eaters safely to support various construction tasks Execute tasks related to heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations diligently during daily operations Support specialized tasks such as culvert installs, driveway repair/ installs, mulching, mowing, land clearing etc Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools and working outdoors is essential Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety equipment usage Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions for extended periods Must have dependable transportation.
