About us Butler Remodeling is a growing residential remodeling company serving Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and surrounding Houston areas. We specialize in home remodeling, painting, flooring, trim work, repairs, and general construction services. We take pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service. Overview We are looking for a dependable Remodeling Helper / Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn the remodeling trade. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling projects Demolition and job site preparation Painting and drywall preparation Flooring installation assistance Basic carpentry and trim work Material loading and unloading Job site cleanup and organization Assist lead technicians with various construction tasks Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather when necessary Construction or remodeling experience is a plus but not required Preferred Experience Remodeling Painting Carpentry Flooring installation Drywall repair General construction Why Work With Us?
