PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IN WACO, TEXAS

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Fiberglass Production Associate to join our team in Waco, Texas. This individual will be responsible for supporting production operations in both trimming and reinforcement areas, working hands-on with fiberglass materials to ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor, along with the ability to perform physical, repetitive work in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Located in Waco, TX Duties and Responsibilities Trim excess material from fiberglass parts using hand and power tools Inspect products before and after trimming to ensure quality standards are met Apply reinforcement materials in the production of fiberglass tubs Handle materials including fiberglass and resin in a safe and efficient manner Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all production guidelines and safety procedures Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred Ability to work with hand and power tools Comfortable working with fiberglass, resin, and similar materials Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift, stand, and work physically throughout the shift
