General Laborer - Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer - Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various installation projects across commercial and residential sites. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and safety consciousness will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with the installation of building components such as cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, and drywall using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate installation processes Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely during site preparation and material handling Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application as needed for various projects Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and roofing installations Prepare surfaces through caulking, plastering, painting, or restoration work to achieve desired finishes Fabricate materials on-site using appropriate tools for custom fitting or modifications Assist with glass installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and hardscape work to enhance project quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for precise installations Experience with construction management principles and construction estimating processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing techniques, masonry, and concrete finishing Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for various trades including carpentry and fabrication Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site Excellent teamwork mindset with clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction while working on diverse projects that challenge your skills!
