Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our landscape construction crew. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a professional landscape company. Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of landscape installation including grading, planting, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape construction. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively. Follow direction from crew leads and project managers to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Load and unload materials, maintain a clean job site, and ensure equipment is properly cared for. Work cooperatively with team members to deliver top-quality finished projects. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape or construction preferred, but not required. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Cache Valley and surrounding areas. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential. Basic knowledge of irrigation, pavers, concrete, or equipment operation is a plus. Schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional Fridays during peak season).
