TitanScape is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our landscape construction team. No previous landscaping experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who shows up consistently, works hard, and has a positive attitude. We specialize in residential and commercial landscape construction and installations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position with opportunities to learn valuable construction skills and grow within our company. Responsibilities Assist with landscape construction and installation projects. Help install sod, plants, trees, rock, mulch, and other landscape materials. Assist with sprinkler system installations, grading, and site preparation. Load, unload, and transport tools and materials. Operate basic hand tools and equipment with proper training. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Follow instructions and work effectively with crew members. Qualifications No previous landscaping experience required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work well with a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. What We're Looking For We value reliability, hard work, and dedication more than previous experience. Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour, based on qualifications. Opportunities for pay increases and advancement are available as employees develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Schedule:
