Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer - Installer and become a vital part of delivering high-quality construction and installation services. In this energetic role, you'll be hands-on in various construction projects, assisting with building material installation, fixture setup, and site preparation. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, fixtures, and equipment following blueprint specifications and construction plans Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks Perform demolition or restoration work as needed during remodeling or renovation projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing debris, materials, and tools efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Requirements Proven construction site experience with knowledge of building material installation and general carpentry skills Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients when necessary Physical stamina to perform manual labor in diverse weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely This is an outside job, lifting up to 55 lbs. Must have own transportation Entry level experience welcome
